We shipped your product via courier as delivery is quicker and we can track the order if there is a problem which is not always possible with Royal Mail. You were only charged for Royal Mail delivery but received the more expensive courier service to ensure the Scooter Board got to you quicky and safely. Andrew

Thank you for your feedback to Sensory Direct. The Chewbuddy that you ordered is design for less aggressive mouthing and chewing. We have an alternative - the Chewbuddy Super with is a much tougher chew and should last longer. Andrew
