I am sorry that the vest did not work for you. We were not aware that you were having issues with the product - if you give us a call or an email we are always happy to give advice on how best to use the product so that it is effective and often this can resolve any issues. We also have a 14 day returns policy so you can return an item for a refund if it doesn't work for you. Andrew

We aim to despatch orders received after midday on the following working day, which we achieved in this case. The order was sent via next day courier and delivered successfully. Sorry you were not happy with the product. The toy weighs 800 grams which is heavy for a soft toy and many parents and children have found them to be a good way to introduce weight in a child friendly manner. The product description clearly states that the toy has a lavender aroma which some children find comforting. Andrew

If we have sent you the incorrect item, we would always pay for return of the item and would issue a refund or send you the correct item. We were not made aware of any issues with your order. Andrew
