Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you were not happy with the service you received. I have traced back your order history and it appears that there was one item (sensory balls) out of stock on your order. Rather than hold up the entire order we shipped the rest of the order and put the balls on back order. You should have received an email informing you of this and my apologies if you did not receive this email. I can see an email from you enquiring as to the wherabouts of the balls which I personally replied to within the hour. Andrew
