We manufacture our own chewys which are made from medical grade material in a clean room environment. We take safety very seriously and only stock products where we can guarantee the traceabilty of the materials. Andrew

Your first email was received late on Friday afternoon with a further email on Saturday evening. As a small family business we do not work at the weekend and I responded to your email at 10.30am on Monday morning offering you a full refund or a more suitable product. My sincere apologies that this was not acceptable. As per my email, there is nothing faulty about the chew you received - more that it is not suitable for your son. I recommended a stronger chew product which is designed for more aggressive biting and chewing. We sell chewys of differing types and strengths as all children have different needs and the chewy you purchased is for mild to moderate chewing. No chew product is indestructible (as stated on the product page) but we always work with parents and professionals to find the right solution for our customers. Andrew
