Further to our telephone conversation it would appear you have got us confused with another company you have been dealing with. We make our own weighted blankets and so all weighted items are available and can be made at short notice if they are not in stock. We have not received any payment from you and have not been contacted by you. We would never treat our customers in the way you have described.
