Thank you for your feedback. The deep pressure vest is one of our most popular items due to it's flexibility. There is not much velcro on the vest - there is some on the end of of the body wrap and some on the each end of the shoulder straps. The whole of the outer of the vest is not actually velcro but is velcro receptive (meaning velcro can be stuck to it) which allows the vest to be adjusted to the users exact requirements - so it can be as tight and snug as required. We use high quality anti bacterial neoprene in our vests.

We were not aware that you did not receive your item. Small items are sent out via Royal Mail and sometimes things can go astray in the post. If you call or email us to let us know you had not received the item we would send it out again. Leaving bad feedback without making us aware that there is a problem does not give us any chance to rectify the issue which is a little unfair as we always go to great lengths to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and service they receive.
