Good products on a great website- easy to place an order. Less impressed with the courier - not directly Sensory Direct's fault. Bit of an annoying pick up arrangement.

Very good product but hidden costs high and box damaged.

Very good product but deceptive to not include VAT in price. Postage costs high. Box partly crushed.

Hi Victoria, thank you for your feedback. Prices displayed on our website do not include VAT as standard as many of our items are VAT exempt - this is something we are actively working on correcting. We send larger orders such as yours via DPD for delivery within 1-2 working days and detailed tracking information online and via SMS, which reflects the shipping costs. We apologise that the box you received was partly crushed - we do our best to avoid this but unfortunately this can happen in the shipping process.
