Thank you for leaving feedback on the vibrating massage pillow you purchased from Sensory Direct.  I'm sorry to hear you weren't entirely happy with this product.  This is a new improved pillow, better than similar products which require exhausted batteries to be replaced.  This cushion has the added benefit of a rechargeable battery which can be recharged via the usb cable (which is included) connected to a computer, or to a mains plug, as stated in the product description.  The dimensions of this cushion are also stated in the product description.  I trust this will address your comments.
