Thank you for leaving feedback on the products you purchased from Sensory Direct. I'm sorry you felt it necessary to leave negative feedback. Unfortunately, as I explained to you in my email, the request to deliver to a local pick up point could only have been made by you responding to the email you were sent by DPD. I investigated your query thoroughly at the time and was assured that this was the only channel possible to make the request and that DPD were unable to cancel your request and redeliver. Please be assured that I made every effort to try and have your parcel delivered to your home. On further investigation, we discovered that the Halfords store was around 1 mile from your home address so I hope that you weren't too inconvenienced by having to make this journey. I have tried calling you, left you a voicemail and sent an email to try to establish exactly what the problem is. My manager and I can only speculate that your child is smaller than the minimum height of 1.1m necessary to be able to use this body sock as it is intended.
