Great service

Thank you for leaving feedback for the products you purchased from Sensory Direct. We are sorry that you found the delivery expensive. Since you are in Southern Ireland, the delivery charge you paid is what we are charged in postage ourselves. With regard to the vat exemption, you did receive vat relief on one of the products. The other product did not qualify for vat exemption under HMRC rules. I trust this addresses the issues you raised.
