Thank you for leaving feedback on the Chewbuddy Super from Sensory Direct. As you've already mentioned, we sent you this item free of charge as you felt your previous purchase wasn't tough enough. We subsequently sent you a free of charge replacement lanyard as the other one had broken. The Chewbuddy super is our toughest chew and it is highly unusual for anybody to bite through it. Similarly with the lanyard, it is unusual for these to break. Unfortunately, we don't have any tougher products that we could send you.
