Thank you for the response. This doesn't really help as the purchase was the result of a charitable effort to supply sensory toys to a local school. The presentation took place last week so wouldn't have had time to send the items back or do anything else to deal with the situation. I have to say the presentation looked pretty minimal and a bit embarrassing.
