As you know, we are reliant on your end client/agency making timely payments to ourselves in order for us to get your funds over when expected. If we do not receive your funds Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, we unfortunately are unable to make payment. Should funds be received out of hours, you will be paid the following working day
Other factors may also cause a slight delay in payment, including payments to international bank accounts and conversion of currencies.
