Checked in quickly. Had time to explore the area and use the facilities before the experience.
Shown the photos & video afterwards. Couldn’t pay by card as machine not working, but could pay cash....
Easy to book and good choice of locations and dates. All information required relating to the event was provided in good time by email. Event clearly signed on arrival. Staff on site were positive...
Service was great, i tried to book online but it wouldn't let me and said i needed to contact the team directly, they were quick with their responses and got the booking sorted straight away.
Contact center were great and efficient at sorting out my dilemma of not being able to book before the gift expired. Leeds was not an option when I tried to book but they managed to get me booked...
