In every way. Stop adding all the additional fees. Stop reducing the price of tickets after people have aid the full [price to support the actors who are doing a good job. Hire sensible staff to...

Hello,
Very disappointed to read your review we must say. Regarding any fees attributed to a booking with us we would stress these are made visible at point of purchase so if you feel these are in any way too high, you are not obliged to proceed with the booking. Also very sorry to hear you felt the staff on site were anything less than fantastic, please be aware we as ticket agents have no say over the staffing however.

And what about my third complaint - reducing the price by 40 per cent after some of had paid in full? All round, you do a disservice to a good company of actors and directors and ||I certainly do not wish to withdraw my complaint.
