Thank you for your feedback regarding the 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience Tour. We are sorry to hear that the tour group size was overwhelming and that you felt the itinerary was a bit rushed. This tour is operated in luxury air-conditioned coaches and due to the popularity of the tour, we often get between 40-50 passengers on each coach. We do make it clear that this tour is operated in large coaches and for those who are looking for smaller, more personalised touring, we do offer Kangaroo Island Odysseys 4x4 tours of Kangaroo island which are also very popular. The 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience Tour is designed for people who have limited time in Adelaide to visit Kangaroo Island and want to see as much as they can in one day. We certainly recommend for people to stay longer on Kangaroo Island if they have the time but unfortunately many people can only spare a day. The attractions visited are situated at the opposite end of the island to the ferry terminal, so there is a fair amount of driving involved which is unavoidable due to the islands size (155km long). Once again thank you for your feedback; we are pleased that you were able to enjoy the scenery and the commentary provided by the driver/guide. Thanks and kind regards, The Customer Feedback Team

Thank you for your feedback regarding the 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience Tour. We are sorry to hear that the other tour passengers detracted from your overall touring experience and that in-turn the driver/guides performance was also affected. We will certainly follow up and discuss with the driver/guide concerned and prepare a plan of action to avoid schedule disruptions like this in future. Your feedback is appreciated and we do hope that there were still enjoyable moments on tour. Thanks and kind regards, The Customer Feedback Team
