Great for training and out on walks. Can’t comment much on the calming aspect as not really noticed much difference but our dogs are not especially anxious anyway.

My dog really liked the chicken and turkey wet food and seems to eat it very quickly. It actually smelled really nice. She wasn’t that fussed for the salmon though and turned her nose up at this.
