Hi again Tegan, Thanks for leaving your feedback, as explained in our previous conversation via email, Royal Mail failed to deliver due to the recipient not being available to sign for delivery - it was advised when selecting this service that this condition was mandatory and delivery couldn't be complete without a signature. Whilst we don't assume responsibility for this, we had provided information regarding how to arrange for this card in your order to be redelivered, or collected from the local post office where this is currently being held.
