Hi, pls don't super glue the band, because the beads are sewn directly onto the leather it does initially make the leather seem stiff. However if you gently manipulate the leather it will soften and you'll find the clasp will hold.
If you're still not happy pls feel free to return the band and we'll refund your purchase.
