All of our systems undergo extensive quality control testing prior to being stocked to ensure that they are working as intended. Unfortunately from time to time some systems do experience a problem after they have been received, our technical team are available to provide assistance in resolving any problems you do experience.

In this case our team most definitely should have provided a clearer expectation of pickup availability and timeframes, unfortunately as your purchase was split into two orders the notification to collect your order was for only one monitor and not the second.
