Excellent customer service.
I had to return a laptop I purchased due to it not having a suitable camera. I was able to exchange this product and received a full refund despite the packaging not being perfect.

Our team should most definitely acknowledge all customers when they enter the store when possible, and will typically provide assistance with bulky products.
