Scorptec staff were helpful during a very trying time. There were sometimes where it was difficult to speak with someone. At times responses were unclear and required follow up emails to clarify.

Thanks for your feedback, we apologise that your ETA changed so many times. Unfortunately stock volatility is still extremely high globally, this coupled with various shipping delays has resulted in ETAs for in-demand products repeatedly being pushed back.
