In further research, your order was placed on 11/16 at @9:51am and left our facility on 11/17, and arrived at the FedEx terminal in Buffalo, NY at 12:00am. Unfortunately, I do see there had been two weather delays while your order was in transit per FedEx. Weather delays, unfortunately, come up and can not be controlled by us once it leaves our facility. Per FedEx, the package arrived on 11/27. I am also showing a full refund was provided.
Again, my apologies for the inconvenience this caused you, and hope you will reconsider your review and business with us as we value our customers.

Per your email, which I just received, I checked my front porch and indeed there is a package there. It was delivered when I was out last evening. The box is open at the top, but the contents (3 items) appear to be OK so far. Why couldn't someone tell me it was on its way to me? When I spoke to your customer service agent I was told the shipment was lost. What changed from Saturday's 11-26 status of "lost" to suddenly delivered on 11-27? I have already purchased similar replacement items on 11-26 for my granddaughter from Amazon and already received 2 of them on Sunday 11-27. and the third is in transit. What now?

Good afternoon,
Again, I apologize for the delay in transit. There is a possibility that when you called in at that time, FedEx tracking could have shown the package as lost...we cannot control what FedEx reports back to us and trust they are providing us with accurate information. Looking at the tracking information now, it is just showing a delay a couple of times as we here in Buffalo, NY experienced a winter snowstorm and all shipping was delayed from the 17th – 21st. I am happy you did receive the product and again apologize for the inconvenience this caused by having to purchase an alternative for your granddaughter. At this time, I see your refund has been provided. As far as the product you received, I would like to make this right for you so please keep them as a courtesy.
