I had a item delivered damaged and the customer care personnel was great assisting me with the damaged order. The person definitely took their time to ensure great customer service.
There service is fast and there agents are very friendly! The products I have purchased have been very cool and seem to be quality! I will be a long time customer! Thank you!

I have so far not received notification that the item has been shipped. It was ordered a week ago and as it is a birthday gift I want it to be delivered by January 31.
