The stickers took well over a fortnight to arrive.
I didn't rate the quality of the stickers at all. The gold was horrible.

I am sorry to hear that your order took so long to arrive, the order was posted with Royal Mail 3 days after the order was placed so should have been there within our 4-7 working day delivery promise.

You could have made it clearer that sticker reference numbers are automatically printed on the stickers, which I would have said was the wrong way round - should not be on unless requested. Also not...
