Overall not one to recommend, poor scenery & excursions - blah.
The staff are the highlight of a Scenic tour (we have done several) and seriously they cannot do enough to make your trip great.

Wonderful professional and friendly staff
I would give six stars. Staff remembered people’s names literally on the first day! Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, professional and just delightful.

Amazing Scenic River Cruise of Budapest to Amsterdam
The staff were so friendly and VERY helpful. They went out of their way to help us when needed and when we didn't need them. They made us feel like one of the family!
