Sales person helped with my sizing and amount of wood required order placed hiccup with availability but was able to order a thicker wood exactly the same as i wanted wood delivered laid it myself...

Not a great quality laminate, lots of pieces in multiple packs chipped, even though no evidence of damage on packaging. Have emailed company to return flooring and almost 2 weeks on no response.

The website had the wrong prices and quantities so my delivery was wrong. When I contacted them, they were rude and aggressive. Once they realised it was all their mistake, they changed the website...
