Placed order showing items in stock, however still awaiting delivery. When I contacted them I was told no stock left and now awaiting a reprint. So disappointed. No delivery time given.

The hardback book was received with a damaged cover and given the quality of the packaging, the damage must have occurred prior to packaging. We can live with it. No international tracking - we had...
