Firstly, let me apologise for the late delivery. This fell well below the high service standards we set ourselves, which I'm sure your Hatfield Peveral office would confirm. Unfortunately, the website link to our internal sales system had a technical issue, consequently we had not received the order. I understand Terry in our office explained this verbally once we were aware, and the items were despatched immediately for next day. Again, apologies if this caused any inconvenience.
