Hi, apologies that it wasn't sent on time - you are right it should have arrived on the Friday. It was sent from a new store, so we'll have to do some staff training to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Found an item £15 cheaper than elsewhere, delivery was both fast and free, all email confirmation and tracking info was sent quickly and was accurate, overall very impressed
