As advised on all correspondence prior to you moving into your new home, unfortunately, we are not able to set up standing order mandates for any of our tenants as this is a formal instruction the account holder has to give to their own bank, for funds to be transferred from your bank account into ours. As we are not the account holder, we are not able to do this. We can post your completed and signed standing order to the bank for you but ultimately, the responsibility to ensure this is set up stays with the tenant.
