I ordered a bottle 2 weeks ago and have not had any confirmation of dispatch from root7, despite the money being debited from my account. I have contacted them regarding this and not yet heard back.

I am so sorry about this, totally our fault and just a bit of confusion our end as the Rose Gold bottle has been so popular. You should have been replied to as soon as you ordered on Tuesday and we really try to help customers straight away so I'm so sorry this has happened. We will be in touch today to try to rectify.

I'm so sorry about this. I have checked in our customer messaging system and we haven't received a message from you asking for a refund? All we have is our email to you asking how you would like to proceed and the case is marked as open and waiting for a response. If we had I promise we would have refunded you instantly.
I will go ahead and refund you now and I am genuinely confused as to why we haven't received your response and I'm really very sorry you had a bad experience.
