Romans came to visit the property on the 20th August and still had no feedback on my complaint, they said they were going to provide a report but now Jon is not even responding to my e-mails. Romans say they are sorry I was not satisfied but they are clearly stalling. I spoke to estate agents in the are and they have said my property is now unsaleable unless it was to a cash buyer with the Knotweed. Thank you Romans, I hope you are going to respond with a resolution that is agreeable to me?

Still no feedback from Romans. I contact Feefo about getting Romans feedback removed as we need factual feedback from their customers and they have refused....they only work for the befit of their customers. Thick as thieve Feefo and Romans.

Feedback from Romans was that they could not see the knotweed, they clearly didn't look, and are not liable for the costs of treatment or the diminution in property value. I am currently taking legal action.
Clear report, easy to to read and understand, ideal for picking up areas of concern missed in the house buyer visits. Helpful office support. Well worth carrying out the survey.
