Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies in this matter. We work hard to ensure all blinds are made to the highest of quality. Please can you email over an image of the width of the blind so we can pass this onto the quality control team. For a recess blind, we would expect 1cm to be deducted from the width of the blind requested. Kind Regards Jenny Customer Liaison Manager

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback Whilst we always endeavour to accurately portray imagery on our website, due to different PC, tablet and mobile settings, the colours and shading of colour may appear slightly different to the actual colour of the item. We do offer a free sample service which we strongly advise you use. Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. To take advantage of the offer you do have to select the blackout lining as an option on the website. You have proceeded with the order using the standard lining. Once the item has been produced, we are unable to add the lining to the blind. Kind Regards Jenny Customer Liaison Manager
