Hi John, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback and I am sorry that you don't feel as though you have had a good experience with Roma on this occasion. Our product are ever changing to reflect the market and our term product was temporarily halted due to Covid. We managed to reintroduce the product not long after, so this may have caused a miscommunication - apologies if this was the case. We have relaunched our product guides recently and hopefully this provides full clarity on what we can and cannot offer and we will of course make sure both our customers and introducers are always aware of any changes as and when necessary.
