Ordered item on 18th October and failed to arrive for my wife's 30th Birthday on 28th October.

Hi Luke,


We're sorry to hear that you have not received your Jetting Off pass yet. We posted this out on 20th October with Royal Mail so you should of definitely received it by now.  


We'll be issuing you a full refund, this should be with you within 2 working days. 


Once again apologies about this. We wish we could deliver all of our products but unfortunatley we have to leave this in the hands of others.

Upon feedback regarding delivery issue, Rodo swiftly contacted me to apologise for delivery error and offer a full refund. After further discussion it was clear Royal Mail were responsible for the failed delivery, still haven't received the item. I would be happy to use RoDo services again in the future.
