No response to email I sent about out of date jar.Expensive. Not fresh fish
Fish had defrosted so could not refreeze. The monk fish was tough although followed cooking instructions. Very expensive £50 for 3 pieces of fish and two jars. I will not be buying again. I try to...

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we have since tried to contact you in the hopes of resolving your complaint and restoring your confidence in Seafood at Home. Unfortuantely we had not received your emails so I do apologise you had been left waiting for a response, please rest assured that the butter was a labelling error and it is in fact still in date, all of our butters and sauces are made in small batches so we would not have held a product like this for nearly a year. We have issued you a refund in the hopes this goes some way to make up for this mistake, if you could kindly let us know that you have recieved it, it would be very much appreciated. Excellent quality and service for buying and enjoying fish.
All the information was available in order to make ordering and cooking fish easy. The delivery was excellent, and I will certainly buy more fish in the future.
