Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated your order and apologise for any inconvenience the delay may have caused. We aim to keep customers up to date on their order progress and in this instance didn’t adhere to our high standards. Your order was placed on Friday 23rd and due to Bank Holiday Monday it took until Tuesday 27th for the order to be processed. A line from your order needed to be manufactured which was completed on Thursday 29th and the full order was despatched on Friday 30th for receipt the following business day, Monday 2nd. We have reviewed internal procedures and taken the necessary action to ensure this won’t happen again.
