Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into the matter on 20 August you came in to the shop saying that the interiors are not staying crease free and that you were not advised that they would need to be turned as you had selected foam interiors rather than the fibrefill ones on show. Our care leaflet does point out the need to turn and plump cushions to even out the wear and to keep their appearance. You would have been given one at the time of order. You were asked to confirm you had the correct interiors and to email pictures to be forwarded to the supplier.We received your pictures on 26 August and on 27 August we requested replacement fibre cushion interiors for you even though we pointed out these would be more prone to creasing than your existing foam ones.From this point on I have to agree that although things were going on you were not kept properly informed as to the progress of your service issue. For this we offer our utmost apologies and have put systems in place to prevent this happening again. We had requested an update for the replacements from our supplier twice (11 and 14 September) but did not receive a reply till 16 September stating that there was no fault in the cushions and the creasing level was to be expected. We then arranged for your interiors to be exchanged for the stock ones and this was done on 20 September. I hope you are happy with the new interiors and am sorry for the inconvenience.
