We are sorry to hear that you will not be shopping with us again and that you have a small scuff on your shoe cupboard. When you placed the order the salesman informed you that if the goods needed to be dismantled and reassembled on delivery they would be.On assessing the access to your premises the delivery team decided that this was not necessary and so the goods were delivered assembled. Michael is sorry that you thought he was not taking your concerns seriously but he did speak to your salesman and the delivery team about them and informed Mr Reynoldswhen he returned from his day off. The delivery team have said they did not make the small scuff on your shoe box. When you phoned you demanded money off your order despite not reporting the small scuff at the time or having any proof that the delivery teamdid it and so your request was denied. The delivery team have worked with us for many years and are hard working, honest, trustworthyand always ready to put their hands up if in the wrong.
