Delivery to Italy is taking an unacceptable amount of time. After 2 weeks the frame is still being hold from customs.

We are sorry that your parcel is still stuck with Italian customs. Unfortunately I cannot do anything to speed this process up, but rest assured the parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you.
