The Reserve staff were responsive to any questions ahead of time and during our stay. We had no problems at all and they let us drop our luggage off at apartment before it was ready for us to take...
The owner was quick to have a minor repair done & gave us great information about getting to the apartment & possible issues related to traffic (because of the upcoming festivals that swamp the town).
I stayed here with my family for a couple of days and we had the loveliest time. The location is perfect, not too far away from all the sightseeing spots but in a quiet part of Edinburgh. The check...
