Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback, it is great for us to know how our way of working can be interpreted by both sellers and buyers. As you will appreciate, we have agreements with our sellers and as this was such a quick sale, we needed to ensure the sellers payment was in the bank ahead of removal of the kitchen. We normally take a 10% deposit only, but in your case it wasn't possible due to time constraints: from your initial interest in the kitchen, to processing the sale, removal and collect we only had 4 days! I am sorry if you felt we were too keen... this was not our intention. Our sellers like to know that we ensure that the kitchen is sold and paid for prior to careful removal. Warm regards Helen
