Just wanted to mention that when we price kitchens for sale we need to consider the age, condition, previous purchase price etc. I believe we gave you an estimated resale price that was very close the price we achieved. This was only just within our minimum sales value, so having removal as a cost of sale meant that 1/3rd of the sales price was used to cover the cost. On a positive note you did the right thing using a professional removals team. It does cost a little more but minimises the risk of damage for your buyer. In addition, you have to factor in that you were in financial deficit to begin with because you have to pay for the kitchen to be removed weather you sell or skip.
