Hi Tanya, I am truly sorry you felt disappointed with your new used kitchen. This is a very rare occurrence as all our kitchens are surveyed prior to selling. We have our Purchaser Protection Policy in place for 14 days post delivery of a kitchen just in case something like this happens. It is such a shame we were unable to help you in this case. I am glad you have made the kitchen work though and thank you for your honesty. We will learn from this for sure. All feedback is so valuable

No hassle quick sale

Great communication, friendly and helpful staff. You and the buyer are protected, so no hassle. For a kitchen I was going to throw away, to be able to get almost £1000 for it was wonderful.

WOW, 24hrs!!! We're good aren't we! LOL ............Not all kitchens sell this quickly, but our average sales time is between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the style, age and original price of the kitchen. Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated
