they failed to contact me for several months that my registered address had changed so I was receiving mail at the wrong address for a few months and no apologies or anything like that..the business...

We're really sorry about that. We've informed all our customers about the move, using a five-stage transition method. However, there's very little we can do if an address, in which we are a tenant, is purchased and subsequently demolished. We have therefore secured addresses which are listed buildings, so that something like that can't happen again.

Thank you for a very positive rating of our service. With respect to 'mail pickup' we decided not to offer this service as it takes too much admin time (e.g. checking your ID, making a note on our system, checking for letters and so on). We thought it's best we keep our operations streamlined so that we can keep our fees low!
