We prefer to correspond regarding technical matters, like company formations, via email, so we can follow the 'conversation' in writing, and have a record of clients' instructions. If we took instructions over the 'phone, errors would likely creep in. We regret the inconvenience. 99% of passports we've seen to date only use numbers. We think that's probably the norm. In this case, we understand our staff chose the last 3 digits visible in your passport number, thinking that would be checkable for you in the future, if we informed you that we'd done this, via email, so you too would have a written record of it.
