While I can confirm that all products are robustly packaged and inspected thoroughly prior to despatch, mishandling can sometimes occur where FedEx's sorting/delivery operatives fail to observe the 'fragile' advice printed clearly on the outside of the parcel, so apologies for this rare oversight on the part of our normally diligent courier team.
