Upon investigation of this with our courier I can confirm that while the correct service had been entered, unfortunately the driver overlooked the (very prominent) 'pre-10 a.m.' labelling on the parcel itself and consequently failed to make your requested delivery time-frame.
As such, I hope you will accept our sincere apologies for this rare human error on the part of our shipping agent, and will ensure that you are refunded both the pre-10 a.m. surcharge (£7.85) and the standard carriage (£6.22) in recognition of the inconvenience caused.
