I am very sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience ordering your gift card. I have checked your order details and can see the brand requested were out of stock for a short period so the order remained stuck in our system. As soon as we were notified, I can see the ordered was processed.
We pride ourselves on our fantastic products and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner, unfortunately the stock level was out of our control.
